In the lovely dining room, colorful and shimmering with its large picture windows opening onto the sunny terrace and the garden, you will be greeted by the hostess, Annie assisted by the facetious Iris, a rather unusual member of the family, an astonishing parrot. which makes the happiness of the hosts and the children!
In the kitchen, the chef is her husband, Vincent, who, in the footsteps of his parents, is part of a family tradition dear to his heart and which is the soul of Ô en couleur.
To this heritage, he knew how to add his own experience and know-how acquired during his years of apprenticeship spent in Michelin-starred houses Michelin and Relais & Châteaux.
His cuisine pays homage to the region and to traditional regional gastronomy which he does not hesitate to revisit, sometimes with an exotic hue. His dishes sublimate the main actor, the beautiful produce that he carefully selects with respect for the seasons and flavors.
Dairy products, eggs, snails, fruits and vegetables, truffles, caviar, poultry, oil, hazelnuts, flour and pasta etc ... come from local producers.
Each dish is entirely "homemade". Everything is concocted on site, even ice creams, sorbets and sauce bases. Only the bread comes from the village bakery. The guarantee of a delicious meal, where freshness and flavors are constantly present.
During a gourmet stopover or more, Annie and Vincent will be delighted to share with you their passion for their region, which of course involves gastronomy and the beautiful flavors of their region.
